My recent round of PT at Therapydia after a total knee replacement was an incredibly positive experience with a fantastic therapist, Jordan. Jordan was able to translate the surgeon's instructions into manageable, progressively difficult, and goal-oriented exercises. Her professionalism, knowledge, good-natured attitude, and willingness to adapt an exercise to meet my pain level while still building toward my goals were outstanding. The best evidence I can offer is that I started the sessions in significant pain and completed the 6-week program virtually pain-free. Kudos to Jordan!!
